Hotel so clean and quirky. Julie very welcoming and friendly. She couldn't do enough to help and settle us into our lovely room. Breakfast was a lovely start to the day. Couldn't fault a thing.
Great welcome to the hotel, free parking, located really close to the beach. Room was nicely decorated and clean, bed was comfortable and towels were fluffy. Breakfast was great and the service was attentive. Would definitely recommend.
Really nice hotel. The location is great.2 minute walk away from the centre of Skegness. Host was really nice and couldn’t do enough for us!! Room was lovely ,just what we needed for a few nights away! Bed so comfy and best of all it was SO clean! Mini TV too and a dressing table to get ready at which was a nice touch! On suite toilet and shower which were both amazing and towels were all ready for us in there. Great service and great holiday ,can’t thank this hotel enough!
We will try and say how beautiful this hotel is. The rooms are devine, Julie is a wonderful caring incredible woman who is worth her weight in gold. Absolutely nothing is to much trouble especially when your a fussy one like me.. Before booking through touring sites always try with her first. We can't wait to go back, met as strangers left as friends. We loved our room is was so funky, covered with photos of classic film stars and classic films. Just WOW!!!!
We had a lovely warm welcome, Room was lovely and clean, fantastic nights sleep as the bed was really comfortable. Tv worked really well, had a mini fridge to put our small bottles of water in, fresh towels. In a great location too

Your attention to detail, kindness, and genuine hospitality went above and beyond. Every little touch, from the beautifully kept rooms to the local tips and friendly chats, made us feel right at home. We’ve had an amazing weekend – walking along the shoreline, soaking up the scenery, and just unwinding. This place is a hidden gem, and we’re already planning our next visit.
